1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and utilizing connectmeguru.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Wallet Credits and Purchasing
ConnectMeGuru operates on a digital customer wallet system. Funds credited to your wallet do not expire and can be used for any eSIM packages. In case of network order failure with eSIMAccess, a full refund will be instantly credited to your wallet atomically.
3. Wholesaler Integration
eSIM profiles are provisioned through eSIMAccess wholesaler services. Once an eSIM profile is activated and data usage begins, it is non-refundable. Standard compatibility checks (ensuring your device is eSIM unlocked) must be performed prior to purchase.
4. Price Adjustments
We preserve our catalog prices against wholesaler adjustments using a price protection engine. ConnectMeGuru reserves the right to cancel pending orders if the wholesaler price rises more than 5% prior to fulfillment, crediting the full purchase amount back to your wallet.
