Which devices support eSIM?
Most recent smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and many more. You can check by dialing *#06# on your phone.
Purchasing
How do I pay for an eSIM plan?
We use a wallet system. First, add funds to your wallet using Stripe (credit/debit card). Then purchase plans directly from your wallet balance. This makes buying multiple plans quick and easy.
Do you offer discount codes?
Yes! We occasionally offer discount codes for special promotions. Enter the code during checkout to apply the discount to your order.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel an order before the eSIM is activated, the amount is instantly refunded to your wallet. For refunds to your original payment method, please contact our support team.
Installation & Usage
How do I install the eSIM?
After purchase, go to your order details and scan the QR code using your phone's camera or eSIM settings. You can also manually enter the SM-DP+ address and activation code provided.
When does the data plan start?
Most plans start when you first connect to a network in the destination country. Check the specific plan details for exact activation timing.
Can I top up my data?
Some plans support top-up. Look for the "Top-up eligible" badge on the plan. You can add more data from your dashboard without getting a new eSIM.
Can I use my regular SIM and eSIM at the same time?
Yes! Most devices support dual SIM, allowing you to keep your regular number for calls/texts while using the eSIM for data.

Does my wallet balance expire?
No, your wallet balance never expires. You can use it anytime for future purchases.
How do I check my eSIM data usage?
Go to Dashboard → My eSIMs to see real-time data usage for all your active eSIMs.
Can I cancel my eSIM?
Yes, you can cancel from your order details page. If the eSIM hasn't been activated, the full amount will be instantly refunded to your wallet.
